Our Commitment
I believe strongly in the value of my recovery programs and materials. But, I also understand that recovery is deeply personal, and what works for one person may not resonate with another.
General Policy
My standard policy is no refunds once you have accessed course materials or downloaded resources. This is because:
Digital materials cannot be "returned" once accessed
Our content contains proprietary methods and insights
We invest significant resources in creating and delivering our programs
Exception: Satisfaction Consideration
While refunds are not automatic, I genuinely want you to find my materials helpful in your recovery journey.
If you've purchased our program and honestly feel it won't serve your recovery needs, please use the contact form to reach out within 14 days of purchase. Include:
Your order number
Which materials you've accessed
Why you feel the program isn't right for you
I'll review each request individually and may offer a refund at my discretion.
What This Means
This is not a "try it free" guarantee
I trust you to be honest about whether the materials can help you
Each situation is considered on a case-by-case basis
Refund decisions are final
Not Eligible for Refund Consideration
Requests made after 14 days
Completed programs or courses
Downloaded workbooks that have been substantially used
Coaching sessions that have already occurred
Situations where you simply haven't made time to use the materials

Before requesting a refund, please:
Give the materials an honest chance
Reach out for support if you're struggling with the content
Remember that discomfort with the material might mean it's working
